We use this website to introduce La Nostra Mel, sell online the honey and hive products we produce ourselves, offer beekeeping services and manage bookings for our apitourism visits and the activities we organise.

Terms of purchase

These terms apply to purchases made in the online shop at www.lanostramel.com. You must be of legal age to buy.

• Products: each product page shows its main features and final price. We may add or withdraw products at any time.
• Prices: in euros, VAT included. Shipping costs are shown before payment and explained in shipping and returns. The price applied is the one in force on the day of your order.
• Payment methods: bank card and Bizum, through the secure Redsys platform.
• How to buy: 1) add products to your basket; 2) fill in your details and choose delivery or collection; 3) accept the terms and the privacy policy; 4) pay. You do not need to create an account.
• Confirmation: when you complete your purchase you will receive an email with your order summary, which we recommend you keep. We keep a record of every order. The contract is concluded in Catalan, Spanish or English.
• Availability and errors: if a product sells out or there is an obvious error in price or description, we will let you know and you can cancel. If you have already paid, we will refund you using the same payment method.
• Returns: see the terms in shipping and returns.

Governing law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. If a dispute ever arises and you are a consumer, you may go to the courts of your place of residence. Before that, please write to us: we are sure we can sort it out by talking.
