At La Nostra Mel we sell the honey and products from our own hives ourselves. There are no middlemen between our apiary in Pavia and your table, and this is officially accredited by the Government of Catalonia under the Venda de Proximitat scheme.

Our registration number
We are registered in the Venda de Proximitat register of the Catalan Department of Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Food.
This number identifies our farm in the official register and is what authorises us to use the Venda de Proximitat mark.
Buying directly
from the producer
Venda de proximitat — local direct sales — is the sale of food and farm products made directly by the producer, or through a single intermediary. In other words: what you buy comes from the land of the person selling it to you, not from a chain of distributors.
In Catalonia it is regulated by Decret 24/2013, which sets up an official accreditation system. Only registered producers can use the red Venda de Proximitat logo and present themselves as such.
Direct sales
The producer sells directly to the end consumer, with no intermediary: at the farm, at markets, at fairs or by distance selling. This is how we sell.
Short supply chain
The product reaches the consumer through a single intermediary — a shop, a restaurant or a catering business — that buys it directly from the producer.
