Good to know
Because it is raw honey, over time and in the cold it crystallises and turns solid. This is natural and a sign of quality: it means the honey has not been heated.
To make it runny again, warm the jar in a water bath without going above 40 °C. Store it somewhere cool and dry with the lid tightly closed.
